Who decides
The Pride in Maltby Board brings together residents with experience across community development, business, public services, youth work and volunteering. They oversee the investment, but the plans reflect what Maltby residents tell them matters.

The board operates under an agreed Terms of Reference and Code of Conduct, covering how decisions are made, how conflicts of interest are handled, and how the board stays accountable to residents. Rotherham Council acts as the Accountable Body for the fund, but does not direct how it is spent.
